The beds were very comfortable (which is a huge plus for me!). Another plus is there’s a trolley stop close by. The parking is tight and there are a lot of stairs but it’s Eureka Springs so it goes with the territory. The only thing to be careful of are different levels in the floors which is to be expected in old houses. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Perfectly placed property, located close to everything downtown so you don't have to drive! Very comfortable accommodations with a nice family room for talking, eating and gathering. Wonderful to be able to bring our 4-legged furry family members too. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Eureka Springs.

Girls weekend

Loved the space--was perfect for a girls weekend away. Nice to have some extra room to spread out--unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate but was such a nice space to hang out and be together. Location was great! Will definitely stay again!

Not what we expected. 2 bedrooms didn’t have doors. One has a door that leads to another unit. The bathroom has a nice little window into the living room from the toilet. Very small space. There is no kitchen in this unit. Headline for this property should state shared space. We ended up driving home.

Love Eureka Springs!

This property is centrally located. We did not use our cars at all during our stay. The Inn is comfortable with a gorgeous tree-filled view from the living room. It was very clean and the managers were very responsive to a few special requests. We had a wonderful family reunion here!

Charming

We stayed on the top floor with a glorious view through the lovely windows. The rooms were simply charming comfortable beds sheets and towels smelt fresh and clean. All that we needed tucked seamlessly into the charm. We only stayed one night but would adjust our next visit to stay longer.

Thank you for hosting our HS Girls Trip. We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse of Piedmont House! You'll get a 5 star review from me. We did want to make a couple of suggestions and an observation privately. The bathroom w the jacuzzi tub needs more light in the shower/tub area and over the sink. It's difficult to apply makeup in that bathroom. The a/c in the sunroom w twin bed can't be plugged in. It was cool this week but will definitely be needed as it heats up. In the same bedroom we heard an animal rustling around in the attic area every night. Thanks again for hosting us.

Inadequate heat. Old inadequate window units. It was freezing and one bedroom had cold air pouring out of the wall unit that wouldn’t work. We had to leave bedroom doors open for the hotel room style unit to try and heat the bedrooms which did NOT WORK. Hotel wall unit rattled like hell. One of the tubs didn’t drain. Old worn out mix matched furniture. Fans we tried to use to circulate warm air were broken. No plug ins where we needed them. This needs to be taken off the market and redone.

When we booked this stay, i didnt realize it was a 'Bed and Breakfast' style rental until the day before arrival. What threw me off was the additional pictures attached to the actual room pics. The additional photos were actually the common area and common kitchen. So i thought what i was booking included those spaces. My husband is very picky about where he stays so i was afraid he was going to be upset. However, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely and cozy the place was. The Crystal Terrace has 3 rooms. The layout was very unique. The living area boasts floor to ceiling windows with a clear amazing view of the moutains and The Christ of the Ozarks Statue. Our stay was perfect as we had plenty of privacy and it was nice and quiet! My husband was so pleased he said he was going to rent the entire place for our kids when they get married and start having kids!

We were finally able to return to Eureka Springs when we found this VRBO. The main criteria for us is the bed--all the hotels we stayed in (5 or more years ago) had mushy mattresses and we could not sleep. So we were thrilled to find this place--close to shops on the main street downtown, convenient to find grocery store or whatever was needed. Bed was PERFECT. Very clean and interesting layout. We barely missed having a kitchen because of the gathering room downstairs. Little fridges kept our food/drinks cool. Great communication with the hosts, who were very accommodating to our needs. LOVED all the windows in the living room, seeing the countryside, and we explored some of the back streets of Eureka Springs and saw some lovely sights.We had a fantastic 43rd wedding anniversary stay in this place! Thank you all!

Awesome property with a great layout and wonderful walkable location for going to town. There was plentiful coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other goodies, both in the suite and in the common area. The owners and housekeeping staff were super helpful and kind with our dog. Our suite of rooms was on the second floor which was not a problem for us, but if mobility is an issue be sure to ask for a ground floor room.
