The area where we are is a very safe area of Bucerias with a few residential developments where most residents are from the US and Canada. We are a walking distance away from the beach (7-10 min) and 10 min walk away from Downtown Bucerias (El Centro).

Downtown has a nice central square with a flee market, food stalls and lots of restaurants and bars. Downtown is a beachfront, so you can easily take a stroll on the beach or sit down for a meal at an oceanfront restaurant.

GROCERY STORES
The nearest shop to buy groceries is a convenience store OXXO that is just around the corner outside the condo complex or KIOSKO (another convenience store across the road). Otherwise, it's a 10 min walk or 3 min car ride to the little mom n pop shops in Downtown Bucerias that sell veggies and fruits and other small things. The nearest supermarkets are Chedraui and La Comer which are a 7 min car ride or a 30-50 min walk.
