Caravan Cottage is located in Semora, NC, on a southern and low traffic cove of Hyco Lake. This cottage is the perfect getaway for anyone, from those looking for a relaxing vacation on the lake to those looking for outdoor adventure and water activities. The location is private, yet convenient to many water activities and things to do in surrounding towns.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, the cottage can nicely accommodate eight people. The upper level consists of a kitchen and an open concept living room and dining room. The upstairs also consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bathroom. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. Downstairs also has a full bathroom. No matter what the weather brings, the screened-in-porch and two decks offer plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

Outside you will also find a fire pit to enjoy as well as a boat dock where you can sit and relax or enjoy plenty of water activities. The cottage provides 2 paddleboards, 3 single kayaks, and several water floats. The location is also in a lower traffic southern cove of the lake. Dock your boat or we can help with finding a boat rental for your stay.

**The neighborhood road to the house is a well maintained gravel road. You will travel 1 mile along this scenic, wooded road before reaching the house, which has a paved driveway.

**Please note, the cabin is suited to sleep 8, but parties over 5 will be asked to pay a small additional fee per guest to cover laundering of extra linens and towels. For each reservation, towels will only be provided for the amount of guests provided on the booking reservation. Any additional bed linens used above the amount of guests listed may result in an additional laundering fee upon departure.

**Upon booking, we ask our guests to review rental contract details on our listing. We will send guest details about check-in and their stay via email about 1 week prior to arrival. We are available for questions or concerns via email, call, or text message

**We kindly request that our guests start a load of towels on departure day as this helps the keep the cleaning fee as low as possible. This is not required but greatly appreciated!!
