Wonderful La Jolla Shores Location!!! Located in a private gated complex of only 3 units. This stunning, first floor, single level, fully furnished home is just steps from fabulous restaurants, shops, the world famous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Blacks Beach, and La Jolla Cove. Just a short drive to Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Downtown San Diego, PetCo Park, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. The immaculate interior offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths both with granite counter tops, open and light filled living areas, private back patio, natural stone flooring, fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen. Elevator and two secured parking spaces. Everything you need is included from linens to kitchen wares. You need only bring your beach clothes and evening attire. It’s a short stroll to local restaurants and shops. La Jolla shores has the best beach for walking, surfing, swimming and kayaking.

La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as plenty of casual dining places, shops, and a few galleries. You can take surf lessons and rent surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, and wetsuits from Surf Diva. Kayak, snorkel, and bike tours and rentals are available at San Diego Bike and Kayak.
The beach is approximately one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs just north of La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach south of Torrey Pines State Park. The Shores meets the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and Kellogg Park (with a playground right next to the beach), encompasses the Scripps Pier and borders the San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park Ecological Reserve to the south. The beach is a popular launch point for kayakers and has a swimming area only and a surfing only area.

The property was large and close to the beach. They had many extras like anything beach chairs, boards etc on-top of laundry and extra mattresses. Small downside is that it’s kind of dated with limited kitchen items. We would stay here again.

Amazing Location!!

My family and I just stayed here, and loved it! It’s in the best location! It’s by great food, shops, and rentals to surf and kayak! The parking spot was so nice, and all the beach stuff they have in the garage!

Great abode- Close to beach!

What a wonderful little escape this place is-- My friends and I had a great time in the house, and loved how close to the beach it was. Brant was very easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed how accurate the pictures/listing was to the real thing! Highly recommend!

Easy walk to the beach and a small commercial area with restaurants etc. apartment was well maintained, though a bit dated. Owner was very responsive.

Paring was easy and secure. Master bed creaked and needs a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. The corners of toilet floors need to be cleaned better. Wonderful amount of room to relax. Couch and tv were great. Could use Kleenex in bathrooms and silver fish were in some of kitchen drawers. Loved the front porch and front grass, very secure outside. It was nice to walk in and out of gate on our way to beach. Great location 1 block to beach. Great restaurant just around the corner. You can order to go and take a quick short walk to pick it up. Little convenience store around the corner. Chairs of front porch were wonderful to sit in and watch the stars.

What a wonderful location for a relaxing beach vacation in La Jolla Shores. We loved being so close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops! Short Uber or 1 mile walk to La Jolla proper.
