This unit is perfect for a senior cpl. The access to elevator is good & they have a cart to haul your luggage, etc. Entry to the unit is easy. The kitchen is well stocked . Thry have all the essential kitchen appliances & tools plus extras you may have forgotten, like saran & foil. Plenty of things like laundry soap & dishwasher soap. Also I appreciate the hand soap pumps at washing stations. The bed is comfortable. Furniture also. TV in BR & living room. View & patio is spectacular & unit is immaculate. The owner & housekeeping are good. Can't wait to return. Location is convenient to beach & grocery store. Love it!
This room has a beautiful view, and a convienient location. The place was clean and all amenities are available. Most of all, the value was very much appreciated. Thank you for a safe and comfortable stay!
Super cute place, easy check in/outThe only downside is small parking spots (if you have a truck or larger SUV) But would stay again, the condo was great.
This condo is in such a convenient location for all of your central coast adventures.Being able to walk out onto the beach was amazing and having coffee on the balcony was an absolute dream. We made almost every meal during our stay in LC in the condo ... every dish, pot, pan, or utensil was in this kitchen. Thanks for the memories!
This property is located right on the bayfront and has gorgeous views off the balcony. It was clean, comfortable, and great access to the beach. It was located close to great restaurants such as Pelican Brewing and Otis Cafe. We enjoyed their board games that are in the unit as well. The only thing I wish it had was AC. Usually not an issue for the coast but we are hot sleepers and the room was very warm all night. Once we situated the fans provided and cracked some windows, things were great. Overall, this property met our expectations and was a great experience for all!
A fantastic coastal getaway! Highly recommend! The Condo: Incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Location: Perfect spot right in the Taft Historical District. We loved the beautiful Siletz River view right from the unit.Walkability: Incredible location! We walked to Mo's Seafood & Chowder and grabbed morning coffee at Pioneer Joe's on 51st. It's also steps from the Lincoln City Glass Center and the North Lincoln County Historical Museum.Beach Access: Super convenient beach access and a great picnic area just down the street at 51st Street Park.
We loved the location of the property, it was near to shops, restaurants, the beach/bay. We really had a great stay, there was a hiccup with the toilet and only one bathroom, We contacted the host and it was on a Friday morning, I didn't really get a response she did call and I gave phone to my husband and she had stated she called two plumbers to come by and they were not responding. The part that busted inside the toilet had to manually be filled back up and if not it could have overflowed. She suggested getting a part at Ace hardware and fix it ourselves. We ran over to Ace they did not have the part so we went to another hardware store and found the part. It was only like 11.00. My husband was able to fix it but it took a bit. The host was appreciative and said she would mail us a check. When we got home she sent us 20.00. I didn't know what to think of that? If a plumber would have come out especially on a Friday or Saturday they would have easily charged her 100 to 150 trip fee. When we spent a lot of on staying two weeks. and have never had to "fix" a plumbing issue we were very taken a back but learned a lesson.
Our stay really was lovely. The unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only recommendation that I could make, because I was surprised, is for the property to be listed stating that it’s on the third floor. Based on the pictures and the beachfront advertising, I made an assumption that it was on the ground floor. The view was lovely though, and the trek to the beach was easy. Situated in an ideal location for just about everything. Would highly recommend.
