We enjoyed this cozy yet spacious home, the pool and jacuzzi were a hit with its the kids and the location is central to so many attractions.

This property with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sofa bed, was very accommodating for a large family and a pet!!! The pool area, with outdoor kitchen and BBQ was perfect. Nice neighborhood, near Siesta Key Beach, which is beautiful, sandy, I'd say one of the best in Fla. without a doubt, and a short ride to Siesta Village, with good restaurants, bars and stores, and a fun vibe. If these things are of concern to a traveler, the management was very responsive when we needed them. We had an issue with the AC, and even though it was late in the day, Mgr. Travis sent a crew and had it fixed in a very short time.Great stay! Love Siesta Key! Highly recommend if you are looking for for a laid back, beautiful beach vacay and great accommodations!

Great property - the interior looks just like the pictures and the home had a great layout for a multiple family stay. Everything was clean and well stocked for our week long visit. Some of the outdoor furniture has been well loved and could use a refresh but the pool is amazing!! The home is on a corner lot and the traffic can get kinda noisy when you are spending time at the pool but the security fence and beautiful foliage gives you complete privacy. There were also plenty of really nice beach chairs and supplies for when we wanted to go to the beach. I would definitely book again - Thank you for a lovely stay!

Relaxing stay

We had a short stay but very relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great and the house was very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend or stay again!!

Great Place!

The house was extremely clean and very well decorated. Cute and modern! The pool and spa were great and the location was excellent. Easy walk to a small beach and easy drive or bike ride to the larger beach area.

We were very satisfied with the house and the pool but were very disappointed with the noise from the traffic that ran right next to the house. Two of the bar stools need replacing. Some of the tiles on the patio were loose and could cause accidents. The windows in the bathroom didn’t open. We constantly lost the WIFI in the bedrooms.

Great Location

Pictures do not do this property justice, it is absolutely stunning! This place is very well kept, super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was a big hit with our family. The location is perfect, only a bike ride to the village! We will definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful tropical retreat

We had a perfect stay! The house is well-located, just a 5-minute walk from a small and peaceful beach, and a quick bike ride or drive from town. The pool and outdoor area were great, the house was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean, and communication with the property manager was easy. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Great place for a family getaway

A wonderful property in a great area! Perfect for our extended family vacation - we had 5 adults and 2 small kids and the size was perfect. The host and the caretaker and the cleaning crew were all wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. And the hot tub was an added bonus on the cool nights! We loved it!

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely great property. The back yard is much larger than the photos look. (2) master suites were ideal for our situation. Had a great time. From ownership to the property manager, communication was great.

Highly recommend

The property was exactly as described, and the pool right out your backdoor was awesome. Very easy to get around the island and go to public beaches. The split 2 master suites were perfect for our group. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed.

Beautiful house with pool and hot tub

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this house for our Fall Break vacation. The house was great and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The only downside was that the house was further north than where the free trolley goes. The property manager was very responsive and took care of all of our needs.
