Girls trip to see family in Anchorage.

Our stay was great. The home was just as they described it. Clean and spacious enough for us to not feel crowded. Not far from downtown and many sites. Quiet neighborhood. Thad responded quickly to questions and check in/ out was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

An affordable, comfortable place to stay while in town for appointments and other errands — plenty of room to pack our totes to be sent home up north —easy access to the mostly midtown areas we needed to get to. One night there was loud music from one of the neighboring homes across the street for several hours but the other three nights were quiet.

Family trip

In town for a week and this is a great location. If you have toddlers, there are a lot of places for them to find trouble! Haha but overall it was a safe, clean and comfortable home to stay in. Great tv room downstairs for a movie night after a long day out and about. And a fenced yard if the sun is shining!!

Great place to stay for a big group

The property was really nice and the property manager was especially helpful with any issues that came up. We would definitely stay there again. It was close to everything we needed to downtown and great restaurants. I definitely recommend this place.

House was very basic, but worked for us. Overall clean and outside was clean, considering the neighbor houses with plenty of parking available. If you dont mind driving everywhere its a fine location, but not really close to much besides the park. Basic kitchen supplies provided, but no coffe pot just a keurig and only seating for 4 at the table with no extra chairs available.

Great place!

We had 5 adults stay for a week and the 4 bedrooms and two bath home was perfect. Plenty of towels, etc, and laundry (although we didn’t use). Comfortable beds, great wifi connection. Would stay again!

Great House

We stayed at this location for a month while awaiting tbe birth of our youngest. The owner was very good at communicating and was easy to get ahold of. The house was great! My kids kept busy on the stairs. The snow was removed pretty fast whenever it snowed. Any guys wanting to stay at this location will absolutely love the TV downstairs. My husband was bummed he wasn't going to watch the super bowl on it this year. All around great property. My family and i enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property at very good location

We were visiting Anchorage for a week with large family and were looking for comfortable place at convenient location. We are so glad that we booked this property as it was very comfortable with ample space for our family. House was very clean and host made a lot of effort to stock place with lot of stuff (towels, disposables, water bottles etc). House has two living rooms with separate TVs which was blessing with teens in the group. Location was another plus as it was very close to big stores like Costco, Walmart and Carrs. We had a minor problem with hot water and host was very responsive in fixing problem in quickest manner. We would love to come back and stay again at this property.

Great for families

Lots of space which is great when traveling with a family. Tons of amenities and was a great hub for exploring Anchorage. Owner was very communicative.

Just as pictured! Good floor plan. Full kitchen with four bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry! Just what we needed while in town for a wedding! Host followed up to ensure everything was as posted! Thank you!
