We enjoyed our stay very much and the location was great for going to the Seawall and for going to the Strand. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We love this cute little Cajun-themed house. This is our second time to stay there. The house is exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Everything is clean, the kitchen has everything we would ever need, and the Pac Man machine simply makes me happy. The host responds quickly to messages. We will stay there, again.

We had a wonderful time here. Our dachshund was right at home. Water and food bowls immediately available for use. The two beds were comfortable. We used the kitchen to warm some meals that we made in advance. Ample space to do this and to dine. It was close to the Strand and to the Seawall. Even being spring break, everything was easy to get to and park. We were short a couple of beach chairs, but found some to use on the front porch. Very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

The good: soft sheets, code lock for front door, great AC.Could have been better: the microwave is on top of the refrigerator which is ridiculous. There was a little short stool which did not help one bit because we are 4’10” and 5’2”. The taller of us needed it for a microwaveable heating pad and had to climb up on a bar chair which could have resulted in a disaster. There was a roach on top of the table and an unidentified bug in the bathroom sink. I couldn’t get the hairdryer plugged into the bathroom plug because there is a shelf that prevented me plugging it in. There were 3 K-cups. We were there two nights and there were two of us; therefore, it would have been nice to have at least 4 k-cups. The only parking is on the street which worked out but I prefer driveway parking so my vehicle is not as likely to get hit. One must go up and down steps to get in so it is not ADA friendly.

Address is wrong around corner. Host had horrible communication refused to provide checkout instructions. Would be a great property if host used actual address not one around corner caused issues with our Uber driver. She was very unhelpful when we had trouble finding it which cost us extra 20 minutes and extra money to our driver.
