Spacious 1 bedroom loft located on the 3rd floor of an historic building on Mass Ave Downtown, Indy's buzziest neighborhood for dining, nightlife, and interesting things to do. Walking distance to the Indiana Convention Center, Monument Circle, the Old National Centre, all stadiums, the Monon and Indianapolis Cultural trails, and the exciting new Bottleworks district. If you have work to do, we have blazing-fast wifi throughout the space, and a comfortable desk at which to work.

Guests will have access to our entire home.

Given close quarters and 100 year old building, our home is not suitable for loud guests. Please don't be obnoxious, our neighbors hear everything.

Mass Ave is Indy's cool address, with great nightlife just outside your front door. And our loft is a perfect place to enjoy it, with a notable aesthetic and amenities like home.

What makes this property unique

Our loft is airy and open, with 10' ceilings, 100-year-old maple hardwood floors, and a porch overlooking a courtyard and century old cathedral. The bedroom has 7' windows facing Mass Ave, so there’s lots of energy and people out and about just outside. But since there's a three floor walk up to our home, you'll still enjoy privacy, safety and relative quiet once inside.
