We were very pleased with the home and its proximity to our weekend destinations. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, and we had everything we needed and more at our disposal on the property. Hot tub was clean and a nice bonus feature to unwind at the end of the night.

Great spot for us and our little Boston. Quick drive to Broad Ripple restaurants and easy drive to downtown ( we went to the Indians game). Clean and well appointed house. Cozy living space. If it wasn't 90 degrees outside would have loved to take advantage of the hot tub!

Nice place! Place was clean and met all of our needs. Each bedroom had a king sized bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tv in living room that worked great! Loved the location as it was close to a lot of great restaurants and the bike path. Fenced in secured yard worked out well with our dog.

I was here for about six weeks on a work assignment. This house fit the bill well for my stay--not too big, and with a fully fenced back yard for my dogs. The street was quiet and the home's furnishings were quite comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fantastic.

This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! And the hot tub is so relaxing after a long day! We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Bill and Heather, for such a great retreat!

The house was perfect for our stay in Indianapolis. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We were there right after Christmas and there were 2 decorated Christmas trees in the house! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Beyond satisfied with everything you would want in a property for a stay away from your home. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
