This 100 year old home is located in the Woodcroft area of the historic Meridian Kessler district, a few blocks from the Monon Greenway and south of Broad Ripple Village. Broad Ripple Ave is located approx. 2.7 miles north.

This is a great area for guests seeking an active experience via walking, running, or biking! See the green folder in the home for Indy cycling/pedestrian paths and greenways. Monon Greenway is 20 miles of off road multi-use trails.

Canterbury Park is located 1.4 miles north of the Monon trail, and has a children's playground.
