Clean, cozy, everything I needed for my stay. Loved having the air purifier since I have environmental allergies when the leaves fall. It saved my sleep and allowed me to skip antihistamines! Thank you! The bed is super comfortable, great shower pressure and temp, well-equipped kitchen, and I loved having dinner outdoors on the patio and watching the sunlight fade from the covered swing in the yard. Just perfect all around!

Jim and May are very cool people. Their wonderful cottage had just the right amount of everything for easy layback living. The Ashokan reservoir is within close proximity and biking could not be any better on all the trails. Let alone Woodstock, which is a gem. Bread Alone on rt. 28 for breakfast is a good idea! Have every intention to be a guest at Jim and May’s cottage again!!

We really enjoyed the stay in this cute cottage. It's in a quiet neighborhood, we sat on a swing in the yard in the evening,so peaceful! The place is so clean,bed was super comfortable,we had everything we needed to cook meals. Great little trip!

This property was one of my favorites! All the luxuries of home in a perfect cabin up in the picturesque Catskill Mountains. My only regret was that I wasn’t there longer. I was staying for an event and was away most of the day. Super clean, super comfy and super quiet.

Enjoyable stay!

Lily Cottage worked out perfectly for my wife and myself. It was clean, quiet, and amenities were as described in the listing. It was a scenic 20 minute drive to Woodstock, the Ashokan bike trail, and Phoenicia. Recommended!
