We stayed here several years ago as well, and there was a reason we came back. The property is great, and the location is amazing. Easy walk to hiking at Camel’s Back, or shopping/eating in Hyde Park. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Boise!

Everything about this property was fantastic - we used to live in the area so it was fun to be back and this was the perfect spot for our family. THE BEST spot in Boise

This is our second time staying at this property, and it is easily our favorite. You’re steps to cozy coffee shops, excellent restaurants, and what I believe to be the best park in Boise. This spot has every single thing you could need, and the hosts are accommodating and quick to respond. You will not find a better location or spot!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this updated and clean condo in our favorite little neighborhood. Home was well-equipped and lovely. There is a steep staircase to get to upstairs bedrooms FYI. We would definitely stay here in the future when visiting our student at BSU.

The home is beautiful and the front sitting room was comfortable. The location is perfect for access to Hyde Park.I appreciate an honest review as a consumer so I am sharing this so others can be aware.We unfortunately were not able to complete our stay due to multiple cleaning issues and no heat in the home. While the host did get an HVAC tech out at 8:30 PM on a Thursday, they were not able to fix the unit and the home was at 61 degrees so we had to vacate at 11 PM, which really put a damper on the remainder of our trip. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues occur this is something that should have been determined prior especially considering the host has remote access to the thermostat. It was also not the only issue. The house had either not been cleaned prior to our stay or the cleaners used were not thorough. We found the rear of the house unlocked and the list of cons went on from there - dirty pillows, an unorganized linen supply, multiple burnt out lights, a very dirty air filter, a slippery rug, a shower drain full of hair, a smelly kitchen drain, a fireplace that barely worked, and a bedroom window screen that was just sitting in the room against a wall. It was clear that the property maintenance has not been a priority.There is also not much privacy downstairs. Several windows do not have window coverings and is easily viewable by the surrounding neighbors.I hope others have better experiences than we did.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s design, comfort, and location near Hyde Park, but we’re truly sorry your stay was disrupted. The HVAC issue was unexpected, and as soon as we were made aware of it, we arranged for an HVAC technician to come out that same evening. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed immediately, so we promptly offered a cancellation and issued a full refund so you could make other accommodations. We also took your additional concerns seriously and reviewed each item with our cleaning and maintenance teams after your stay. Several items were addressed as part of our follow-up, including the HVAC repair, household maintenance checks, linens, lighting, filters, drains, and turnover procedures. A few of the concerns mentioned could not be verified during our inspection, but we still used the feedback as an opportunity to reinforce our standards with our team. Regarding privacy, the downstairs public spaces and windows are shown in the listing photos so guests can evaluate the layout before booking. We have not previously received concerns about the home feeling exposed in those areas, but we understand that privacy preferences can vary from guest to guest.
