Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to fourteen guests. On the first floor, the main master suite opens directly to the pool area through sliding glass doors and features a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, and Smart TV. A second master suite upstairs also includes a king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Children will love the Mickey-themed bedroom with twin beds, while the beach-themed room offers two queen beds. The fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, and all guest rooms are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans. In the family room, a sectional sofa includes a queen pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space.

Kitchen & dining
The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a GE electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a built-in air fryer oven. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are provided, along with a dining table for shared meals. From here, the space flows into the family room with its 65-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, and large sliding doors that brighten the room with natural light.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the screened-in pool and spa, available year-round and open 24 hours. Guests may choose to have them heated for an additional fee. The patio includes seating, two umbrellas, and a gas BBQ grill, making it ideal for outdoor dining. A half bathroom is conveniently accessible from the pool deck. Beyond your private retreat, the community offers lake access via path or dock, plus resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, gym, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a fishing lake.
