Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A dedicated workspace with a door gives anyone who needs to stay connected their own quiet retreat, while the rest of the group fills the common spaces. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and all the everyday essentials mean you can pack light and still find everything you need.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms with eight beds sleep up to 14 guests across a layout that works just as well for multi-generational families as it does for a large group of friends. Room-darkening shades help everyone sleep on their own schedule, and generous clothing storage - walk-in closets, closets, and dressers - gives each guest room to settle in properly.
 
Entertainment & recreation
The game room has range. Arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console cover every age and every level of competitive energy. A themed room gives the home its own character, and when the evening shifts to something lower-key, a 65-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable is ready for a proper watch party. An Ethernet connection is available for anyone who needs a reliable wired setup. Exercise equipment is on site, and a shared gym nearby is an option for guests who want to keep up their routine.
 
Family-friendly features
Families with younger guests will find the home well prepared. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all in place. A children's playroom gives little ones their own dedicated indoor space, and an outdoor playground means there's always somewhere for them to burn energy. Babysitter recommendations are available if the adults want a night to themselves.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from early morning coffee to a full dinner for 14. You'll find a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. The dining table brings the whole group together, and breakfast is provided each morning - coffee is always on too.
 
Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and private spa are available all year, open 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. A private gas BBQ grill, private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area make spending time outside an easy default. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also have lake access via a path or dock, and free access to nearby resort facilities rounds out the outdoor experience.
 
Parking, access & safety
Self check-in is handled through a smart lock with a private entrance. Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with free street parking available nearby as well. The home has exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only - no cameras face inside. Additional safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The property is pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
 

Easy access to all major roads and highways. Car services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Food services such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart are also available.
