Perfect fit for our two couples. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of room, screened in porch, bikes to use, and a great location to walk to the beach, restaurants, or an after dinner drink. So many food options, we didn't hit them all on our week long stay. A favorite of ours was to walk to the docks and watch the sunset.While being close to the action on Folly Beach, it was very quiet.

This property is one of the best I have encountered on VRBO. It was clean and located close to the beach and shops. Shops are essentially beach and tourist items. Easy drive to Charleston. The host provided many items to make a beach stay fun and more enjoyable such as beach chairs and bicycles.The kitchen was well stocked although it could use a few more wine glasses. For a place that can accommodate at least 6 people a two slice toaster is a bit small and inconvenient. Otherwise this is a great location and property. 10 out of 10.

Perfect for our long weekend family get away!! We loved it. We walked to restaurants, shops and to the beach!! Beautiful sunset from the dock with Pelicans keeping an eye on us.The townhouse has plenty of room on each level. Shannon’s home was a dream! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, in close proximity to the beach and restaurants, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Shannon is a phenomenal host. We extended our stay twice, and she was quick to respond and easy to work with. The view from the balconies is breathtaking. We spent hours watching the egrets roam the marsh. We visit Folly often, and this is the nicest home in the best location for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend this home enough! We will be back.

We are a family of four grownups visiting our son who lives on Peninsula and attends at the College of Charleston. We’ve been to Charleston many times but never stayed on Folly. The condo was as described. Communication with the owner Shannon was excellent. The location is lovely looking over the marshes very close to the downtown busyness of Folly but barely 10 minutes away and very quiet and serene. We loved kayaking around, rentals right nearby, bicycling, they are in the garage and sunset drinks on the pier. I would highly recommend it.

We spent the weekend at Folly with my parents (visiting from MA) and our children and this townhouse was perfect! Beautiful view of the marsh, plenty of space and so convenient to the beach. Children specific amenities (wagon, pack n play, beach toys, etc.) were a huge perk!
