Huge backyard with a couple of cozy sitting areas; one featuring a gas fireplace. Lovely wrap around porch to enjoy a coffee (provided!) and lounge in peace and quiet. Super quiet neighborhood with cute houses all around and in close proximity to Sonoma for dinners, groceries, shopping or walking around. Good size bedrooms and big kitchen good for entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The cottage is charming, clean, and quite spacious. The outdoor garden and patio and wraparound porch provide great places to relax and chill, as one should in wine country! It was a short walk ( about 8 blocks) to the downtown square. There are numerous outstanding restaurants to enjoy....Tge Girl and the Fig, La Salette, Tasca Tasca and La Casa, to name a few. We had a great day visiting wineries through Platypus Tours. They pick you up and drop you off at your door. We also ubered to Napa and strolled around the sights there along with more wine tasting. Then a full day of relaxation at the cottage. We would highly recommend the charming cottage on Newcomb and hope to visit again soon.

The home is beautiful, quintessential Sonoma with its own little vineyard vines growing in the serene backyard. The home itself was inviting and sweet. It provided a perfect home away from home.

We had a wonderful time with rest and relaxation in the cozy Newcomb cottage, while is rained outside a pretty storm... and my doggie loved the large yard to walk around in and play. The cottage is near Sonoma Town Square, with a lot of wonderful restaurants, wineries and pretty countryside nearby. A nice oasis away from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but yet with all of the conveniences.
