Somerset 305

Welcome to Somerset 305 located on beautiful Marco Island! Located directly on Marco Island's crescent beach enjoy nightly sunsets from your balcony looking over the warm Gulf of America. This condo has been remodeled throughout with a fun beachy vibe! Unpack your suitcases and relax while visiting our special island. The Somerset complex has 2 heated swimming pools, 2 private beach access points, tennis and pickleball courts as well as out door grilling. Your home away from home awaits and we look foward to hosting you and your family on Marco Island!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Somerset! The location is wonderful! This unit was very clean and very well stocked with the essentials we needed! The beach wagon was great for carrying chairs etc back and forth to/from the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit!

This was our 3rd stay at Somerset and our 2nd time with hosts Kurt and Katalina. Unit was great, location superb, amenities plentiful, and hosts are the best. I say this with confidence because our first hosts were sub par compared to the attentive, knowledgeable, and patient (we are 76 and lack tech savvy) Kurt and Katalina.I am already planning my Thanksgiving week with Kurt and Katalina.

This condo needed many improvements. The host was responsive, however the instructions could have been more detailed. There were many things in the unit that needed to be addressed. We have been coming to Somerset for years, and will not be staying at this unit again.

Beautiful stay on Marco

This was our first trip to Marco Island and this property was just perfect. The views and location couldn’t have been better. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing, stress free vacation.
