This place was amazing! We had plenty of room for 10 adults with a great layout to come together and also have separate space. The hot tub & fire pit were a big hit! Great location near the mountain; we had an awesome ski day.

Our stay with 8 adults, 6 children and a dog was perfect! The house is spacious and comfortable and divided up nicely enough for family privacy as needed.The lake is beautiful and enhanced by being accessible in two locations with plenty of boards and kayaks to enjoy. Our kids and grownups loved swimming out to the float. Life jackets available in many sizes made water sports stress free.Everyone slept well in very comfortable beds. The extra refrigerator in the garage was essential for us! And the game room offered a nice break for some group game playing! We had some glitch with check in information but when I called Janna directly the problem was solved. We have been wrapping up our summer this way for 5 years and this was voted as best by all!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. Our group of 11 from the youngest (23) to the oldest (87) was delighted with the choice. It was nice to find spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and plastic bags from sandwich size to trash can size. The sizes of pots, pans and fry pans were all there including a crock pot and waffle iron! The kitchen was roomy enough for two or three to be working at a time.All sleeping quarters were as stated aa well as clean and comfortable.We couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely love staying here! It’s the perfect place to escape for a few days in the trees and on the pond. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Will stay here again and again!

Great spot for a family get together!

This is a wonderful and spacious spot for a large group! There was plenty of space, the yard/firepit area is wonderful and the proximity to the pond is great! We loved the remote location and all the amenities that came with the house!

Great Stay!

House was perfect - plenty of beds and areas to hang out together. Very nice kitchen and big dining table. Lake was frozen (should have brought skates!) - but looks like a great place to stay summer or winter. 15 minutes to Sunday River.Janna was very responsive to any questions we had. Top notch accommodations!

Spacious and fun location

We had a group of 10 adults, 3 kids and 3 dogs. This house worked out great for us. Loved the hot tub after skiing. Game room with ping pong, hockey, fooseball tables was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Winter Location

We had a wonderful time! Janna’s house was perfect for our big family. Lots of room to spread out, activities to do and being close to the lake was perfect. The kids got to ice fish, build snow huts and ski at the local mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need and there were plenty of blankets.Janna was great to work with. Easy to connect with, answered all our questions and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Remarkable!

Excellent stay! beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, more room than 3 families with 7 children could use. Fun for hide and seek. :) Driveway was plowed after a snow storm, comfortable tables and couches, game room was the bomb, proximity to Sunday river was 12 min, and I could go on and on. I can only rave about this location.

Amazing property

The owners have thought of everything your large group could need for a wonderful Maine lake vacation…and then some! So much to do in the house and on the lake. All toys provided. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies to cook for the group. Our gang of teens and adults had the most wonderful week and can’t recommend this place enough. Enjoy!
