The room was clean, the response was usually very quick when we had questions or an issue, and the location was great! The room is very tiny, basically a small hotel room so I wouldn't want to stay in it for a week but it was fine for a few nights.

Hi Marcie! Our home is clearly shown as being a studio with a bed, sleeping area, bistro area, and bathroom - not a one-bedroom condo and not a two-bedroom condo. If you needed a two-bedroom condo, that is what you should have booked. It is unfair to leave a one-star review because you booked something other than what you needed.

Love the location. Disappointed in 10 a.m. check out time. I only had one night, check in at 4pm. So 200 for total hours. 5 hours of daylight to enjoy the pool. Next time will get a Hotel Room

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us, Debbie! We’re so glad you loved the location! We understand the early 10 a.m. checkout can feel short, especially with a one-night stay. Our cleaners need enough time to fully prepare the property for the next guests, which is why that policy is in place. We always encourage adding an additional night when possible so you have more time to relax and enjoy the amenities without feeling rushed. We’d love the chance to host you again in the future and hope to welcome you back soon!
