Terraced house with separate entrance in the old town of Montecatini Alto, a beautiful fortified medieval town in panoramic position on the hills above Montecatini Terme, a resort famous for its thermal baths with squares, well-preserved palazzi, monuments and a still functioning cable car from the end of the 19th century. Location: 3 km Montecatini Terme, 14 km Pistoia, 30 km Lucca, 45 km Florence, 52 km Pisa, 54 km Viareggio; 3 km stores of all kinds, supermarket, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, thermal baths and golf course (Montecatini Terme); 8 km riding stable; 50 km ski area (Abetone); 55 km the sandy beaches of Viareggio in Versilia. The parking lot is about 150 meters from the house, while for loading and unloading can be reached a distance of about 50 meters from the accommodation. From the accommodation you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley. Visit the old town, fish in the nearby (3 km) sports lake of Nievole and buy the olive oil produced by the house owner.

Lovely!

The flat is very clean and well-appointed, everything we needed was there! Spacious walk in shower and beds were very comfortable. Fantastic place!

if you into experiencing the more authentic stay, not modern, this is more of rustic. Was very clean! Great water pressure! The owner was great. Had WiFi serves but no cell service probably due to stone walls. You so have to pay rental of the sheets, towels, gas and electric. That was new to us but its normal in Italy.
