We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this beautiful private retreat!!! Everything was top-notch … from the owner’s communication to the accommodations and property. We especially enjoyed the outside amenities including the grill, dining areas and heated pool. Thank you Suki, for an amazing vacation. We certainly hope to come back again!

House was very spacious. We had plenty of space for our large group that ranged for 1 to 86 years old. Master bedroom and bathroom was great for our mom who uses a walker. The house was very clean and well stocked.

We had the absolute best time at Suki’s property. Even better than the photos, the pool, house, seclusion, outdoor dining area, all of it was perfect for our golf trip and the best summer weekend. More beds than we could count, the home was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a good stay and the property worked well for our large group. The house is spacious, with plenty of room across the main house and guest house, and the layout suited both adults and kids.That said, there were several issues with how concerns were handled. The pool was not clean or usable for the first two days of our three-day stay. The host eventually addressed it, but because the pool was a significant advertised amenity, we felt a modest partial refund was reasonable. That request was declined, citing prior weather out of their control.In response, the host raised additional cleaning and damage concerns. We had already paid a cleaning fee along with damage protection insurance, and believe the house was left in reasonable condition for a large group (24 adults, 6 kids). We acknowledged some carpet spills, though there were also pre-existing stains, strong beer odor from the guest house, and a broken fence wire prior to our arrival. These issues should have been handled separately and not used to negate the pool issue.We also had a concerning exchange before arrival regarding a possible service dog. The host requested documentation, a substantial pet fee, and additional security deposit. Our friend ultimately did not attend, and those requests appeared inconsistent with Vrbo’s published service-animal policy.The property has many positives, and we enjoyed our stay. Our lower rating reflects the pool issue and how these concerns were handled.

Reading this review unfortunately have to reply since the issue with pool was resolved the same day . And there was no reason to be looking for a refund since the guest was let in to check in allot earlier then regular time. In addition the house was not left in a normal used condition, the cleaners had spend double the time cleaning the house, the service dog was never mentioned at the time when it was booked so if that was going to be the case we need a prof to accommodate and require additional pet fee with security deposit. The new addition had new carpets that several big stains made while your stay . And some other damages that the group wouldn’t honor the damages . Reading all Other reviews dosent make even close how we operate.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vermont property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which was much appreciated and made us feel comfortable right away. Any requests or questions we had were addressed promptly by the host, who was always pleasant and accommodating. The peaceful setting and well-maintained amenities made for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in rural Vermont!

We have family reunions every two years and we all agreed that this was the best one! The house was perfect for over 20 people, Grandparents, parents and grandchildren.The house was VERY well stocked with everything you could need or want. And the owners were extremely responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.

This was our second trip to this gorgeous property, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Our group of moms were able to relax in all areas of the home, including the pool and hot tub, fire pit outside and fireplace inside, and on the beautiful deck by the outdoor kitchen. Everything was clean and communication with the host was simple and easy.We so wish we could've stayed longer, but we will be back again next year!

Great property with plenty to do!

Our group came here to retreat from the city and it was a real treat. There were nearby hiking trails, a great hot tub and sauna for spa therapy, and a nice fire pit to enjoy in the evening. The property is peaceful and quiet.

Absolutely amazing stay. Even better than the pictures! There was a perfect amount of space for 25 people and so much to do. Only bummer was the mosquitos/may flies (not much that can be done about those) and that the pool was ultimately not heated due to weather. Otherwise, everything was as promised or better!

Great Family Home

This was a great house for our extended family. The teenagers found plenty to do and the adults found plenty of spots to catch up. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for our gourmet chefs.My only complaint is that there were no hangers in the closet
