The Lodge has 4-BR with living room, kitchen, dining room, and basement game room; the Carriage House has 5-BR with three living rooms, ping pong, and kitchen. Perfect for multiple families or family retreats. Winter reservations: 4x4 required

Getting Around:
Car is necessary. Because of the incline of the driveway, a car with 4WD or AWD is highly recommended and necessary during the winter months.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There's a total of 9 AC units at the house. At the Lodge: there's 3 units. There’s one split unit in each of the 2 King bedrooms upstairs, one unit in the living-room. At the Carriage House: there's 6 units. There’s one AC unit in each of the five bedrooms and one in the kitchen. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Swimming Pool: Not available until after Memorial Day, in May. After the season, it is shut down around late September, depending on the weather.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
