Holiday in the resort Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. Only 400 meters from the apartment, you will find a natural mix of heath, finch moor, forest, watts and sea - absolutely unique in northern Germany.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Prices are for 4 people, one more person per night 10, - € extra bed. Tourist tax is applied.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee if required.
A deposit of 100,00 € is due before arrival.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A dog or a cat is available for an additional charge of 22, - €.

Be one of the first guests to spend a few carefree days in our 68 m² apartment. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen and the large and modern living / dining area leave nothing to be desired.

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony overlooking the countryside, on waders and rabbits. For activities you will find in the immediate vicinity of a forest pool, a climbing park, a kite and surfing school, a dog beach, a sheltered forest children's playground and of course the city of Cuxhaven with different beach sections Duhnen, Döhse and Grimmenhörn.

Only a few steps from our apartment, you can reach the promenade with cafes and restaurants, the Watt visitor center and of course the beach with a view of the island of Neuwerk. 50 meters from the apartment, the mudflats start through the world cultural heritage of Lower Saxony Wadden Sea.

At the end of the evening you can comfortably relax with board games or a glass of wine. The private sauna invites you to relax after a busy day or a long walk by the sea.

In one of the bedrooms is a large and comfortable box spring bed available. The other bedroom offers two more sleeping possibilities in comfortable single beds.

Bed linen, towels and bathrobes can be ordered for a fee via the property management.

In the season (May to September) a beach chair on the beach is available free of charge.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung „Hohe Geest 8“ in Sahlenburg! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah am Strand. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für März 2026 erneut gebucht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war super! Alles war wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die kurze Auszeit sehr genossen.Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Wald ist perfekt.Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten trotz überwiegend Regenwetter einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Check-in war super einfach und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bis zum Strand braucht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß (was mit Kleinkind wirklich super ist), bis zum Strandabschnitt, an dem der Strandkorb steht läuft man allerdings etwas länger (ca 15 Minuten). Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Alles ok., aber die Wohnung ist zu laut. Man kann den Balkon nicht so nutzen wie man es möchte. Auch kann man die Fenster nicht aufmachen aufgrund des Lärms.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Bei besten Wetter haben wir 3 schöne Tage in Sahlenburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und toll gelegen, in wenigen Minuten hat man den Strand erreicht, ist beim Bäcker, Restaurants sind ebenfalls in nächster Nähe. Der EDEKA für weitere Einkäufe ist etwas weiter weg, aber gut sortiert. Die Parkplätze in der "Tiefgarage" sind eng, wenn aber alle gerade innerhalb ihrer Parkbucht stehen ist auch alles gut. Toll in der Wohnung sind die 2 Schlafzimmer (schnarchender Partner) und die zweite Toilette. Auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist relativ groß, modern und sauber eingerichtet. Die Sauna im Bad hat uns, gerade bei dem Wetter, sehr gefallen. Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Sahlenburg verbringen dürfen. Die Vermittlung hat super geklappt und alles war toll.

Entspannter Luxus in Strandnähe

Die luxuriös ausgestattete Wohnung war uns über Sylvester ein super Domizil! Moderne Smart TVs, 1A WLAN, Balkon und eine 2-Personen-Sauna im Badezimmer lassen bei dieser Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Auch dass unser Vierbeiner willkommen war, hat uns gefallen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön, auch die angrenzende Waldlandschaft ist sehr angenehm erkundbar. Die Umgebung steht zwar voll mit Hochhäusern und touristischer Infrastruktur, aber es ist halt Cuxhaven und der Ortsteil Sahlenburg dafür immer noch ruhig und entspannt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens für Familien oder Gruppen bis vier Personen, es gab im Ernst nichts zu meckern. Einzig das über Bewegungssensor geschaltete Flurlicht sollte nochmal überdacht werden, aber das alleine gibt noch keinen Punktabzug ;)

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Lage ist top. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war hervorragend.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Leider waren die Möbel (Esstisch, Stühel, Couch, Bettwäsche- Kinderzimmer) was abgenutzt. Trotzdem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Wohnung

Wir haben uns super wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Bis zum Strand sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Toller Sandstrand. Sehr wenige Geschäfte in der nähe.
