très bel appartement

très bien situé, sur le balcon, soleil jusqu'à midi. animations à 50 m. plage surveillé 100 m. restaurants, commerces, glaciers etc entre 50 et 100 m. rien à dire, appartement propre et bien agencé, belle déco. parking privé, ascenseur, ravis de nos vacances. merci à l'équipe interhome avec leurs sourires et gentillesse,

Location très bien située, appartement très bien entretenu et spacieux. Nous avons eu un problème avec les plaques de cuisson mais l’agence a été très réactive.

Laut und heiss

Nur bei mäßigen Temperaturen bewohnbar. Bei hohen Temperaturen muss durch die fehlende Klimaanlage auch nachts mit geöffneten Fenstern gelüftet werden. Dadurch ist es bis spät in die Nacht laut. Am frühen Morgen kommen täglich Müllabfuhr und andere LKWs vorbei. Das Lüften wird noch erschwert, da es keine Gardinen gibt und somit die Jalousien heruntergefahren werden müssen, wodurch kaum Zirkulation entstehen kann. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war gut.

Extrem laut! Keine Klima! Fenster daher nachts offen

Durch die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage müssen sämtliche Fenster nachts offen stehen. Der Straßenlärm geht bis spät in die Nacht und fängt morgen um 5:30 wieder an. Nachts fahren ständig Schiffe vorbei. Es gibt keine Gardinen, nur Rolläden. Wegen den hellen Laternen müssen diese geschlossen sein, so dass Belüftung kaum möglich ist. Neben dem Lärm war es nachts unerträglich warm. Wir haben das Apartment vorzeitig verlassen. Das WLAN für 5,60/Tag ist ein mobiles Funk-WLAN, welches sehr langsam und störanfällig war. Da ist man mit Handy Mobilnetzt schneller und billiger unterwegs. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine befriedigende Basisiausstattung. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich lediglich ein Tisch, keinerlei Sonnenschutz, Liegen oder Lounge Möbel. Ich rate dem Eigentümer dringend, ein paar Anpassungen vorzunehmen.

Super location de vacances idéalement située, proximité immédiate océan, plage, commerces, restaurants. Parfait avec des enfants même en bas age. Déco actuelle, tout le confort. Place de stationnement sécurisé. Nous avons été ravis de cette location. Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants de 2 et 6 ans.

Du positif et du négatif

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, spacieux, avec une bonne literie et une belle vue sur le chenal. Mais quelques défaillances dans les services notamment le ménage qui n'a pas été fait, l'absence de linge de maison normalement inclus, le code d'entrée qui n'était pas le bon.
