The property was very nice. The house was nicely decorated and the rooms were spacious. The pool area was great. It was nice watching the iguanas sun themselves on the deck. Would definitely return!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Communication was great with the host. The house had everything that we needed. There were on two hiccups: 1) when we pulled back the sheets on the master bedroom bed and one of the queen beds, there was hair on the sheets. Noticeable hair. I contacted the host and the cleaning crew came the next day to change the linens. I feel that the cleaning crewshould have noticed this when getting the home ready. The other hiccup was the air conditioner. It seemed not to be cooling but it was a hot day. The host sent the air conditioner repair guy out the same day and he checked it out and it was good. Just a hot day in Florida. Overall the house was fine and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was an added bonus.

I appreciate the booking very much and the great care of the home. I apologize for any troubles however, the AC was a cause of keeping doors open. This caused humidity and air temp to rise. $150 later there was no AC issue but open doors. Finally, the hair situations, the picture you sent was questionable and gave you the benefit of doubt.

Only issue was having a rat get bit by the Mexican iguana and fall into the pool and then I fished it out.

This is by far inappropriate for a review and worst using words like “Mexican Iguana” uncalled for!!

It was a pleasure to meet Linda and everyone else. They have been absolutely great to host. From the beginning, a very fine and respectful group of adults. They were always very polite, communication was always flawless and home was taken care of like no other. I’d like to recommend Linda to any host looking to accept a respectful group that will make their stay stress free at all times. On my end, they are always welcomed back into any of my properties...
