3 week Bonita Springs duplex stay

Location of property was Excellent for us. Very adequate parking, space and furnishings. Pool and deck were pluses that we sought out before reserving tis unit. We had 4 sets of duplex neighbors during our stay...and all were friendly and delightful.

Perfect for us

We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. This was an amazing place. Very clean. Bed was so comfortable and awesome furnishings. Location is good to many things. Although there were no accesses open to Bonita Bech- one of my favorite beaches- it was only a 30 minute walk.. 4 minute drive! I will definitely stay again!

We only stayed for two nights for a friend's wedding, but the location is great and the property was perfect. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. The property is kept very clean, everything you need is provided, the kitchen is exceptionally outfitted and the is plenty of room. We loved it so much we are already planning another, longer, trip. If everything is perfect at check-in, that’s great. But we did have several issues. The owner got on each right away! Couldn’t ask for any faster problem solving and response time, he even compensated us for inconvenience. Great owner to rent from! Well equipped place with a fantastic pool!
