Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. This was a wonderful stay especially for a quick 1 night stay. The location is great from the airport. The apartment is nice and welcoming. The owners were great communicating and ensuring I had everything I needed.

The owner saw us arrive and came out and talked with us, made sure we knew where to park and how to enter the apartment. We loved the space and we were very comfortable there. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent location for exploring Anchorage and the surrounding area, everything was as described, and we appreciated all of the welcoming touches in the suite! Very close to Potter’s Marsh, an excellent area for birding. Would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful accommodation. It has everything you could possibly need, and even more, with so many thoughtful little extras that made our stay especially comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. Alison was absolutely wonderful! She is such a sweet, kind, and friendly person, and she made us feel very welcome. The property was lovely and you could tell she had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close by to many restaurants, and about 15 minutes to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and there are many little extras that are a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay!
