Please enjoy our “river” home as your own! This house is fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect in your own house. The unique floorplan offers 2 master suites (one king, one queen) both with en-suite bathrooms, while 2 other rooms (2 twins, trundle, extra mattress,futon and 1-queen) share the 3rd bath. You will also appreciate the large, attached 3-car garage and side parking for all your water/land toys

We are located on a wide street in a safe section of town named Sunridge Estates. Close proximity to all Laughlin/Bullhead has to offer. Less than 10-minute drive to fishing, boating, gambling, restaurants, Katherine Landing, Davis Camp, hiking, off-road adventures and more.

Family lake trip

The house was a great place to stay. It is close to the lake and Laughlin. Home owner had very detailed notes regarding check in and check out procedures. Our family will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for 3 couples. The bedrooms are apart from each other. The living room is very comfortable for 6 adults. The direct TV was great as we were able to watch our USC football game. The driveway was flat and easy to park our boat and our friends waverunner. The owners were easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing Owners and Home

First I want to start with the house was fantastic. The owners are amazing people and are on top of any communication needed. So my family and I started our trip at a different home that we rented on VRBO and everything that could go wrong at that home did. We thought our trip was going to be cut short but when I reached out about moving to this home, they got back to me promtly saving our vacation. I can not say enough how above and beyond this family went for us. The house was clean, the large couch in the living room was awsome for us all to watch movies together after a long day on the lake. The 2 master bedrooms was perfect for both sets of adults to have their own space. I also want to point out being able to park our boat and trailer at the house since there is RV parking was a stress relief as well. If you want to stay at a home where you will know youll have a great vacation, then this is the home to stay at.

Great Place to stay

We went up with 2 familys and each of us 2 kids, so 8 total people. The house was big enough for a whole nother family. We had a bedroom that we didnt even go in. All of our kids stayed in 1 room and hung out on the bunk beds and watched tv at night. With 2 master bedrooms nobody had to fight over the rooms. The garage is huge and we brought our kids scooters and they rode them in there when we got back from the lake and had a blast. Lake Mohave is 5 mins away(closer then the casinos). Jarrod is super easy to work with and has a great set up there, the property manager live accross the street. So, you just pull up and walk across the street to pick up the keys. The house is super clean and well taken care of. Thank you for letting us stay there!!! P.S. I hope next time we get to use his boat...lol

Perfect 3 month snowbird home

Darren's responds time was very quick, much appreciated by our family. The home is very comfortable and awesome to have 2 master suites with 2 full bathrooms, plus the 3rd full baths for the 2 other bedrooms. The location is great and a safe neighborhood. Easy access to casinos and river. Great hiking paths at the Heritage Park. Would differently recommend this VRBO, Darren is very easy to work. Minnesota Family

Great lake vacation

The house was very clean when we arrived and that is huge for my wife. When shes happy I'm happy. The location was very good for what we needed. Close to Lake Mojave yet far enough from all the hussle and bussle. Everyone loved it so we all are hoping to stay there again. The communication with the management was very smooth and super easy. Best weekend ever

We have been coming to Katherine’s Landing for over 20 years staying in hotels or camping. This was the best weekend we have ever had there. The convenience and comfort exceeded our expectation. The floor plan of the house was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Looking forward to coming back very soon.

This house was perfect for our family river trip! The house was clean and spacious and fit our family of nine without being too crowded. The neighborhood was safe and is so close to Lake Mojave. There are so much parking available for our cars and boats. Darren made the check in process easy and was prompt with our requests. We will definitely be coming back to stay for our next river trip!

Thanksgiving getaway

We booked the home Thanksgiving 2019 as an extra accommodation for a large family gathering at another home. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was very nice. We were expecting 8 but wound up with 3, due to weather and other commitments. Communication was good, house was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, had trouble with TV in living room but neighbor resolved the problem, everything else was as advertised. Garage was huge, and backyard had a view over looking the valley. Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect vacation house

We have stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years for our annual trip to Laughlin, NV. We have always stayed in hotels and opted to try a house out a few years prior. Everyone enjoyed staying at the house better than hotels. The biggest attribute to having a house is that everyone ends up spending more time together. We have perfected the art of playing board games in the evening with nearly all of our friends! Also, having a full blown kitchen helps defray the costs of eating out every evening. Darren has been absolutely awesome with the communication process. The check in/check out/day to day stuff was all timely and accurate. We love having access to the gigantic garage, as well. We ended up storing our extra ice chests and the such in there which helped to keep unnecessary stuff out of the house. All of the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. In this region, AC is an absolute must. The AC in the house works perfectly. All in all both of our stays were perfect. We will hopefully return again next year if the dates are available. Thanks, Darren!

Rare 4 Bedroom for an affordable price

Great house and very close to Katherine Landing. Safe neighborhood and we were able to keep both of boats out with no problem.

My family and I have enjoyed Lake Mohave my whole life, and the right time came to purchase our own home. We love the idea of spending time together as a family, as well as enjoying all the area has to offer. This house is unique because of the the 2-master floor plan, as well as the large driveway and close proximity to the lake.
