We rented this property for my father's 70th birthday. We really enjoyed the amenities available, the house was clean and there was so much seating everywhere. We loved the dock and fire pit, kids used the playroom and pool. It was a great fit.

This is truly a premier property and deserves the five-star rating! We have used VRBO for years and this property lives up to the photos and reviews! Great resort living just for you! No disappointments, tranquil, clean , supplied; all you could want! The pool, hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, yard for family and lawn games, game room, and so much outdoor and screened-in porch seating, with awesome rooms and space for all!

Best vacation property I have ever rented! The home was immaculate. The landscaping, pool and hot tub were very well maintained. All the outdoor furniture seemed new. Kayaks were so fun to use to explore the lake. Host was super responsive, flexible, and friendly. The sunset views were outstanding especially from the comfortable back porch. The home was extremely well equipped and we cooked all our meals in the nice large kitchen. I will absolutely rent this place again.

We've vacationed at this waterfront lake house for the past few years, and it has become one of our favorite summer getaways. The house is clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with a pool and a huge wraparound screened porch where everyone loves to gather. Paul is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always a pleasure to work with. It's easy to see why we keep coming back, and we're already looking forward to next summer.

Great vacation! The house was the cleanest we've ever stayed at. Nicely decorated and all the outdoor furniture was in great shape with plenty of options. First time staying somewhere that the outdoor grill was clean for us to use! Would definitely highly recommend. Lake Norman is beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back! This was our first getaway with our 2½-year-old son and our two small dogs, and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. The property is so peaceful and private, with a beautiful yard and the sweetest little beach area where our toddler could play along the shore. Having kayaks right there was such a treat, allowing us to get out on the lake a little each day without having to plan an entire outing.The screened-in porch was easily one of our favorite spots. We could have spent the entire trip out there! The house was comfortable, the beds were great, and everything was easy to use. The entire setup just made it so easy to relax and enjoy being together.The host was wonderful, too. Responsive and helpful from booking through checkout, but never intrusive. Exactly what you hope for!Traveling with a toddler and two dogs can be a lot, but this place made it feel easy. We left wishing we could stay longer and already can’t wait to return in the spring. Such a special find!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this NC property! The home was even better than what we anticipated. Gorgeous lake views, nice outdoor furniture, beautiful pool and pool accessories, large yard. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Cannot say enough about the experience at this Wonderful house! My son wanted to have a golfing/lake house Senior trip with his family and it turned out to be perfect!! We are already looking for dates available next year for my daughter’s college graduation trip. Everyone that stayed had nothing but raving reviews and no complaints!! Hopefully will be back soon!!
