Rockwater is located on a no wake, year round, deep water cove near one of the best water sports areas on the lake. There is also plenty of flat water for kayaking and canoeing right from our dock. Flat Hollow marina is conveniently located just 1,000 yards away by boat. Something for all ages. Your family will create memories that last a lifetime.
Bring your boats and park at your private dock which accommodates 1 boat covered and 2 boats uncovered. The kids will spend all day sliding from the dock's upper deck. No watercraft? No worries. Simply contact NorrisLakeWaterSports (ask for 10% Norris Lake Villas discount) offers delivery services. Flat Hollow and Powell Valley marinas also rent water craft. Due to liability reasons, we cannot provide flotation devices. We do provide the large floating dock.
The nearest marina with full services including boat ramp is Flat Hollow marina a couple miles away via road or 1/4 mile via water. The marina also has gas, ice, restaurant, beer, and small grocery items, and entertainment such as live music.
The driveway accommodates up to 7 vehicles. There is room for trailers parked above the driveway on the asphalt road (not the gravel road) and at the parking area above the nearby community boat ramp.
We provide a large propane grill with free propane. The large town of LaFollette, TN offers many typical businesses such as hospitals, drug stores, fast food, sit down restaurants, and full grocery stores. For reference to your target destination, Rockwater is located approximately 20 minutes east of downtown LaFollette.
