Located in the prestigious Racquet Club area, this home offers peace on a quiet street, 5 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs & 12 minutes from the iconic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Cozy Cortez is a bright, spacious, and clutter-free home offering all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing stay!

-The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150 per night (October–May). Please let us know in advance as the pool takes time to heat.

-For 30+ day stays, a pet fee of $250 applies for the first dog to cover additional cleaning. If you’re bringing more than one, just let us know—additional pups may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

-Any early check-in or late check-out requires host approval. If we are able to accommodate your request, a $25-$50 fee will be charged.

-A smart doorbell is located at the front door and a smart camera is located in the backyard. Outdoor cameras may be used to ensure compliance with rental property rules. There are no cameras inside the home.

-Per Palm Springs City Ordinance, quiet night hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Amplified music is not allowed outside. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home). Please don’t bring the speakers outside.

Great Palm Springs house

Got away for a short anniversary visit and Stella’s property was the perfect spot. The house is nicely updated and equipped. The spa and fire pit were perfect now that fall is settling in. Within 5-10 mins from anywhere you’d want to eat at in central PS. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a Palm Springs Getaway

Three of us stayed for a long “girls weekend”. The house and pool were perfect. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the host was responsive. If I come back to Palm Springs with friends or with my family I would definitely want to stay here again.

Family summer vacation

Great little getaway in Palm Springs

Right away, we were impressed with the accuracy of the listing—it was everything they said it would be and more. The place was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was just the two of us, but 6 quests could easily find this place accommodating given how everything is laid out. We specifically chose this place due to its location and the jacuzzi. We didn't use the pool but it was also very nice. The outside dining area along with the firepit and bocce ball court, were wonderful features, too. But unfortunately, it was too windy to use the firepit during our stay. We also loved coming back from a walk at night with our pup and seeing the landscaping all lighted up. This was a nice touch and added to our overall experience. If you're looking for a place where everything looks new, is well-maintained, and is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, this is the place. But please note there isn't a garage. We will definitely be staying here again! Great hosts!
