We had a great trip to Naples. The house was great and the location was perfect. Close to everything - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and multiple beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub. House was well stocked. Rooms were comfortable. Jennifer (property manager) made everything super easy. 100% recommend!

My husband and I spent a week here and the house was so nice! It was very clean and spacious! The pool was amazing, it was very easy to relax here! Close to most places and communication was easy! I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the house very much! House is updated and very well maintained. It’s located about a block off Tamamiami Rd, close to everything in Naples. The pool area is fantastic. Management team were great to deal with and very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend!

Great Property for Families

Great property for our family of two adults and three teenagers. Pictures are accurate. Great location. Property rugs and furniture are starting to show ware of rentals but overall property is very clean. Would recommend.

The house was very nice and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the open layout. The location was good- we walked in the neighborhood every day and we were very close to shops. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed the beach chairs provided. The toilet in the hall bath made a terrible sound after you flushed it. We brought it to the attention of the property manager and it took her several days to get someone to fix it. There were a lot of bugs in the pool when we arrived and the chemicals were extremely strong to the point of irritating our skin. We could have used more bowls and dishes. .Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

Thank you so much for the review, Heidi! It was a pleasure to host your group, and you all were so nice. I'm sorry that it took one day for the maintenance tech to come out. Once he was on his way to repair the issue, you refused his entry and didn't want the toilet fixed. We took care of it once you left. The bugs in the pool are from it being very windy the last several days and there is a skimmer provided for you to utilize as well. It just takes a couple of minutes to remove them. Our pools are cleaned weekly, and chemicals are added as needed. I'm sorry you felt that they were too strong. Not once did you ever mention this being an issue. If so, I could have spoken with my pool tech and made sure nothing would be added during your stay. Overall, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us and had a good time! Best-Jenn Naples Vacations

Wonderful rental for family in Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and rental was great for us. I gave it 5 stars but unfortunately renters do not take great care of thing properly and some updated items needed. Truly did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property and the listing agent was very helpful.

Family get together

The property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location is conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and the beach. It's not on the beach, but it take 5 mins. to get there and there is free parking if it's not full. I would go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
