Tolle Lage und sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt am See und ist vor allem für Familien geeignet. Zur Versorgung ist alles vorhanden. Küche umfangreich ausgestattet, Bäcker um die Ecke und Ponte Tresa über die Seepromenade zu Fuß son 15 min zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen im Tessin. Lediglich den Parkplatz muss man sich in kleiner Entfernung zum Apartment suchen. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine.

Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung mit dem alten Möbel ist zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Das Beste ist aber der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht, schön wäre es noch wenn es Liegestühle gäbe. Parkplatz gibt es keinen zur Wohnung es müssen öffentliche gesucht werden.

très bel emplacement

Appartement très bien situé sur le lac de Lugano , magnifique vue. Accès au jardin appréciable. Accueil par une personne certes agréable mais qui ne parle que Italien , impossible de communiquer avec elle , n'avait aucune explications à nous fournir ni sur l'appartement ( exemple : que faire des poubelles ... ) , ni sur les environs. La seule chose que nous a demandé cette personne était la caution et de fournir la preuve que le linge était compris dans la location. Aucune information non plus dans l'appartement. Lits non fait ( il est noté dans l'annonce que les draps sont inclus ) alèses de lit et duvets poussiéreux , et tachés. Cuisine peu équipée et avec du matériel globalement en état médiocre. Appartement non fumeur mais immeuble envahit par l'odeur de cigarette dès le petit matin Au total , appartement très bien situé mais beaucoup de choses à revoir pour améliorer cette location. A noter deux restaurants très agréables a proximité , à recommander

Schöne Wohnung, perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (1 Jahr) optimal. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft und die Lage direkt am See einfach ideal. Lediglich die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin/Verwaltung war nicht gut. Aber ich würde trotzdem keinen Stern Abzug geben da alles in allem unproblematisch war bzw. Am Ende irgendwie geklappt hat. Klare Empfehlung.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung liegt, nur durch einen Weg getrennt, direkt am See. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Kein Autoverkehr. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Bucht von Ponte Tresa. Ein Spazierweg direkt dem See entlang. Ideal mit Hund. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

sfeervol familiehuis met klassieke inrichting; Spiegels, grote kasten, schilderijen maken het dat je je welkom en thuis voelt. De landlord haalde ons op van het treinstation en vertelde over de geschiedenis van het huis en de voormalige bewoners. kortom, een roman. Fraaie omgeving die vraagt om dag tochten; ons in elk geval. groot Balcon goed ingerichte keuken, royaal bemeten eettafels, goede bedden met uitstekende matrassen, complete badkamer met alles er op en er aan.

Tolle Lage am Lago

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Durch das schöne Wetter, haben wir das Wohnzimmer nicht benützt. Das Mobiliar in der Küche ist nützlich, ich wünschte mir weniger zerkratzte Pfannen. In der Dusche passt Halter (zu Gross) und Brausegriff (zu klein) nicht zusammen. Eine Strebe am Balkongeländer ist oben gebrochen. Für Kleinkinder sehr gefährlich. Vermisst haben wir zwei Liegestühle auf der Terrasse oder auch im Garten eine Liege- oder Sitzgelegenheit. Die Adr. selbst kann nicht angefahren werden.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse fehlen bequeme Liegen oder Liegestühle.

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung ...

... mit großem Balkon mit wunderbarem Panoramablick über den Luganer See. Übergabe und Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und problemlos. Allerdings hätten wir uns eine Mappe mit deutschsprachiger Beschreibung der örtlichen Besonderheiten (z.B. Müllentsorgung) gewünscht. Ein großes Manko ist das Nichtvorhandensein eines freien W-LAN-Zugangs - gerade zu Zeiten von Covid19 war die Information somit eingeschränkt, da auch kein Empfang deutschsprachiger Fernsehprogramme möglich war.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den See

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang und sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit Charakter. Toller, großer Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See und die unmittelbar unter dem Garten gelegene Seepromenade. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen würden wir sehr gerne wieder dort wohnen!

purtroppo l'odore cattivo di sigaretta proveniente dall'appartamento di sotto, era un problema molto fastidioso. Per il resto tutto bene.
