The Space:
The newly-renovated condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, large-screen TVs, music speakers throughout the condo, plenty of towels, and washer/dryer.
The 2nd bed listed is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.
Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the beach:
6 Big beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, cooler, wagon and an outdoor shower.
We offer free bikes for use during your stay. There is a wonderful and safe (separated from traffic) walking trail and bike path at the pier that goes to dana point harbor.
This condo has a small outside deck with four bar stools and an ocean view. Also, great people watching :)
Come stay close to it all! Easy walk to beach, village and everything.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and private access to a private patio next to the driveway with an peek-a-boo ocean view and great people watching.
THERE IS NO DEDICATED DRIVEWAY PARKING INCLUDED but there is usually plenty of free on-street overnight parking nearby.
The Neighborhood:
Avenida Del Mar is the crown jewel of San Clemente. We have at least 10 restaurants that are truly special (check yelp but Nick's, South of Nick's, Vine, Taka-o, Beachfire, El Ranchero, The Cellar, etc.). The farmer's market is every Sunday just across the street from the condo - perfect to stock up for the week. We have an amazing coffee shop called Bear Coast Coffee just down the hill at the pier and beach walking trail - perfect way to start the day. Lastly, we have a park right across the street for kids to play.
This condo does not have an off-street parking spot.
Getting Around:
We are walking distance to just about everything you would need. A free trolley that picks up nearby the condo.
We also offer free bikes for use during your stay. There is a wonderful and safe walking trail and bike path at the pier that goes to dana point harbor.
We also have a train station at our pier which makes for a great day trip to San Diego. We are also conveniently located about a 45min drive to Disney, 25 minutes to Lego Land and an hour from San Diego and LA. This condo has no off-street parking spot.
Other Things to Note:
Please plan to keep noise to a minimum while outside on the balcony and respect our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Thank you.
The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests (Maximum of three adults). After two guests, additional guests will incur a fee of $25/person per night.

- - Up to 2 pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. a Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet. San Clemente is pet-friendly :)
Washer/dryer are dedicated but outside the Condo with locking door.
We have security cameras in common spaces only (parking areas and outside stairways) and do not have any cameras or listening devices inside our rental condos
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
