Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan with updated kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 78” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a 65" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 78” Smart TV, a futon in the upstairs flex area for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry room, outdoor deck area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

My family and I were in town for my brother's wedding and this house was perfect. Not only beautiful but easy to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and was well stocked with both necessities and wonderful little extras. The tea and coffee bar were excellent touches!The house was in a great location, very easy to walk to the river, as well as the cute little downtown of Troutdale. There were several restaurants, cafes, and cute little shops.My family and I had a wonderful stay!

Lovely home. Very clean, well apportioned. Very comfortable. Great location. Very close to the gorge, and a very short walk to a fun river. Easy to get in and out of Portland to see the sites there. Only criticism is with the short nights in summer some darkening curtains on all windows would be a nice addition. Regardless, would definitely stay again!

Awesome property

This was one of the best house rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Great location, well maintained, and stocked with a ton of things you probably forgot to bring on your trip. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay there again.

Columbia River Gorge Jump-off Pt

Great location for exploring the Columbia River Gorge. The little town is lovely for a wander around as well. The house was very comfortable, updated, and clean.

The house was more than enough space for the two of us and would have been a good option even if we had brought the 3 kids. It was walkable to the business and restaurant area of Troutdale, where we particularly enjoyed Troutdale Station food trucks and Wayfinder Brewing Company. There were condiments and coffee items ready to go (only a Keurig is available though, so don't bother bringing your own coffee) which is always a nice surprise. We were thinking it was a bit closer to the Sandy River so we would have a view or be able to hear the water... not really. Not a knock on the house, just an observation. It's easily walkable. My only suggestions would be to add table lamps to the living room and master bedroom. It would have been nice to leave the overhead bright lights off when we got up early in the morning and be able to turn off the lights at night without getting back out of bed. Small item and easily addressed. There were absolutely no issues getting into the house at the beginning of our stay and no onerous tasks to be done prior to leaving, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a very nice central location for experiencing multiple areas of Oregon.
