This ranch house was everything described and more. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed every evening on the porch sitting around the fire.

Great place, and issues resolved

We loved our time here despite a few (satisfactorily resolved) issues. The home and property is beautiful. We enjoyed the views, peaceful environment, spacious living area and the game room! At the start of the stay we found the AC didn’t work but the owners quickly trouble shot it for us and got a technician out asap when it needed further work. Later in the stay the oven wouldn’t light and we smelled gas. I told the owner we wouldn’t use the oven, and while I didn’t hear back about that, they generously compensated us for the trouble during our week stay and I am confident these issues won’t reoccur. I really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness overall during our trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful experience

Centrally located. We went to Telluride, Ouray Durango, and Mesa Verde. Cabin had everything we needed and was a great experience for the family.

A Perfect Vacation Stay

I can't say enough good things about this vacation house. The beds were SO comfortable. Even on the hottest of days (and it was HOT), the shady porch stayed cool. We ate outside almost every night, looking at incredible views. And the house is tucked in between the hills in a way that makes it secluded and serene. The stars at night were amazing. We also enjoyed playing pool and darts in the garage (most garage game rooms are awful--this one was great!), and I took the kayak out for an afternoon at McPhee reservior. But best of all was the proximity to Mesa Verde (which you can see from the porch!). All in all, this place deserves its 5 star ratings!!!
