This rental was very clean. The kitchenette and bathrooms were stocked with anything you could reasonably need. The porch was a nice morning and evening relaxation spot for us. The location is fabulous. You can walk to any of the shops and/or restaurants in the area. Even though you are staying that close to the action, it is still quiet. Do not underestimate the parking pad (room for 2 cars). Parking is a premium in Saugatuck, knowing we had reserved spots was nice. The host was very communicative and periodically checked in to make sure our needs were met. I would (and probably will) stay here again

This was one of the absolutely nicest vacation rentals we have stayed in—ever! Our host, Tracey, provided everything we could want (and more) for a wonderful sisters getaway.From making restaurant and shopping suggestions to including so many amenities (picnic basket, luxury linens, high-end toiletries, and a welcome bottle of chilled white wine), tracey helped make our stay an amazing one.The furnishings and decorating were beautiful and as pictured. This home was also impressively clean and curated! Can’t wait to return.

This is an excellent property in Saugatuck, within an easy 2 minute walk to the restaurants, coffee shops and activities the village has to offer. The apartment was pristine and clearly designed with pride and guest comfort in mind. The coffee/cocktail bar particularly stands out as well-stocked. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Our host, Tracy was exceptionally communicative and great to work with.

Perfect getaway location in Saugatuck. The unit is clean, cozy without feeling small, and the space looks like it was curated by a professional designer throughout. Very thoughtfully and luxuriously equipped with many small touches and conveniences that travelers will appreciate. We spent hours reading on the beautiful deck, which is well-equipped with lights and ceiling fans. When we wanted to hear some music on the deck, of course a portable bluetooth speaker had been provided that fit the bill perfectly. The location high on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac made the unit feel wonderfully private, but it was also a short 2-minute walk to all our favorite restaurants and shops downtown. Communications and instructions were clear, friendly, and helpful throughout the process, Tracy is a wonderful host. 10/10 experience in Saugatuck, we will definitely be returning to this property again.
