Welcome to this great 3/2 Ranch Style pool home on a 0.3 acre lot in Central Location of Tampa. This home provides a-lot of amenities for a big group looking to have a fun and exciting time. This home provides Solar Panel heater which works 50/50 throughout the year depending on the weather. If you want to throw a private event in this home we can coordinate something but will cost more. Security cameras are in place in the front door and side yard, there is no cameras in the backyard/pool area.

Garage cost $35 to use and it comes with washer and dryer as well unlimited washes
Also the pool has no light in it but can be see clearly with patio lights
