Private yet centrally located, this top floor unit is a paradise on Seabrook Island. Relax in this newly renovated and professionally decorated villa located off the Seabrook Island Racquet Club courts. Enjoy the private location and close proximity to the Lakehouse, Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and more. Ample opportunities for seating, gathering, relaxing and even a little work.
Inside the unit, a private deck overlooking the tennis courts leads to the living room area with large screen tv, elevated ceilings, comfortable designer seating and ample lighting and ceiling fan. Off the living area is the dining room with a large dining table and chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked,
Off the hallway, the washer and dryer are in the unit and yours exclusively to use during your stay. A full guest bath with tub/shower leads to the queen guest room with its own private balcony. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, tv, ample closet space and ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. It, too, has its own balcony. The screened porch is perfect for a lazy nap or morning coffee along with an outside front deck with seating for 4. Four Beach chairs are included with this rental. We also provide 2 bikes. We just ask that they are put back before your departureCome enjoy!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Nicely located and renovated. Well appointed and great to have two large beds, instead of bunks, for adults traveling with friends. Would stay here again.

Quiet community with a short drive to the local beach. The area had restaurants and shopping nearby, and allowed us to drive to 3-4 other nearby beaches during our stay.

Very clean condo in a beautiful location. Super comfy king mattress. Would recommend. The guest tub needs a little attention as water was not draining in the shower & the hot water ran out 1/2 way through shower. The 2 bikes need a bit of TLC as they are quite rickety & with misaligned wheels. If planning to bike, would suggest rent your own bikes. But all in all a very nice property!

Perfect location for a quiet girls trip! Well stocked kitchen for making home cooked meals. Short drive to beach club and pool. The ice machine and freezer quit working but the management company was quick to respond and help. Would be nice if refrigerator had ice and water machine otherwise would have given 5 stars.

It was a very peaceful and restful location. Would have been happier with a little more information prior to booking. Like the fact that it was a third floor walkup. We did come to celebrate our son's birthday so did not need amenities card but it seemed a little excessive that we needed an amenities card to access a restaurant.

We are working on making the floor level more prominent in our descriptions to help guests plan for stairs. Regarding the restaurants, because Seabrook Island is a private community, the Club does require that account link for all dining and facilities, but we understand how that can feel like an extra step. We hope to have the chance to host you again in the future!
The place is great, it has both a coffee maker and a Keurig (fyi). Close to Charleston and Kiawah Island. A tow bedroom and comfortable place nothing more is needed. The only negtive is the shower temprature did only give me alow hot, not very hot which I wanted for 1 morning. Did not use any amenities and did not have a chance for any other off site local activites.

My large family stayed in a rental home this Dec ‘23 for my son’s wedding at the Club. I returned on my school (I’m a teacher) spring break w/hubby and our newlywed son & daughter-in-law joined us.
This 2-bedrm condo was Perfect! Great location for tennis, but I was SO impressed with the spotless condition & it was so tidy & organized! Everything you need! AND—the 2nd bedroom had a Qn bed..not twins/bunks!! We will stay here Again!

Property was very nice! Nice quiet place to come back to after a busy day in Charleston. Beautiful beaches, pools, and scenery. Nice tennis courts! Super fast wifi in the main area, but bedrooms are very weak or non existent. Router not putting out a wide enough signal. Screened in porch was nice to enjoy without the pesky bugs. Used the couch in the screened in porch that folds out to a bed for one of the kids instead of the cumbersome air mattress.Nice to have laundry facilities so you can come home with clean clothes. Loved our vacation!
