About this property

Direct Gulf Front and New to the Rental Market !

Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting. 

  - Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by July. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.
   - Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Work on Building 3 will be completed by mid-June. During this time the elevator will be out of service and ONLY stairs available for use.  
  - Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027.
  - Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, but waiting on permits and confirmed start dates.

**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.

The open-concept kitchen flows effortlessly into the living and dining areas, all oriented toward the water, so whether you’re preparing a meal, sharing dinner, or simply relaxing, the Gulf is always in view. Sunlight pours in, creating a bright, airy space that feels both calming and inviting.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a private en-suite bath, a custom walk-in closet, and a Smart TV for easy streaming after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom is ideal for family or friends, featuring two twin beds with a trundle, its own Smart TV, and a custom closet for storage. With accommodations for up to six guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

Step outside and you’re just moments from one of Sanibel’s most treasured stretches of beach—perfect for morning shelling walks, afternoon swims, or watching the sky melt into brilliant sunset colors. When you’re ready to take a break from the sand, enjoy the beachfront pool or relax within the beautifully maintained grounds of this intimate 54-unit community.

Very clean and well equipped unit located directly on the beautiful sand beach, easy to walk on and lots of shells. Facility is undergoing some repair work, but did not interfere at all with our stay. Highly recommend!

It would have been wonderful except for the jackhammer drilling under our room for 2 weeks with the only warning being “there might be a little construction in the area” Bordered on false advertising. Would not have rented if we had known the extent of the noise in our wood. Not returning.

My overall experience with our stay at the condo was fantastic. The location of the condo and the ocean view was beautiful. We understood there was going to be some construction at the location but the workers were courteous and friendly. My only complaint if any, occurred on our last day on the beach. Some other residents from the other complex decided to plant their large canopy, umbrellas, fishing poles, beach chairs etc…. Right directly in front of our window at our condo at 7:00 AM and then walked away from their homestead and never saw them again! It would have been more respectful to at least plant your belongings in front of your complex on the other side so we don’t have to see it all day and blocking our view that we paid for!
