Fully renovated three bedroom home sleeping 6 is the perfect spot for your Cape Cod getaway! Decorated in contemporary beach decor, this home features two living spaces with fully updated bathrooms and granite kitchen.

One end of this comfortable home is equipped with a Queen master bedroom including ensuite half bathroom while the other end houses another Queen bedroom, bedroom with two Twins, a hallway full size bathroom with washer/dryer and another spacious living area. Each bedroom will have window air conditioning to keep you cool during your stay. Amenities also include dishwasher, enclosed outside shower and gas grill.

Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon respite on the bench overlooking the Bass River, at the access four houses down the street. There is sandy entry for a swim without driving to the beach. Perfect for launching your canoe, kayaks, or paddle board (rentals available close by).

Quick drive to Yarmouth beaches along Nantucket Sound and also access to Bass River at the end of the street. Conveniently located near Bass River public golf course.

The attention to detail with both inside and outside lighting is incredible! Beautiful view of the Bass River Golf course from the beautiful backyard; the deck seating is great! It's in a beautiful area close to everything. We have rented through Martha Murray for many years now and the entire rental process is so easy. They are extremely accommodating. You don't even have to get out of your car when getting your rental keys! Thank you Martha Murray! July, 2025!

Cottage was clean, updated, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, plenty of seating and everything needed for preparing and serving meals. A new coffee maker is badly needed though as well as shades in the breezeway.

The house was so cute and everything from appliances to furniture and rugs were spotless and new! The outside at night on deck with the lights felt like a little oasis. Easy access to beaches, Bass River and restaurants. Everyone at realtor's office was extremely nice and helpful and we felt very taken care of! Would HIGHLY recommend this vacation home.

My only suggestions would be new furniture in the family room, and more privacy with the bathroom window. Otherwise, very nice property.

The location was very nice with a private backyard. We enjoyed the up dated house. Everything was clean and new. The only thing that would need to be changed if the path from the outdoor shower should have some flat dumped to walk in because the small penny hurt your feet. Also the breezeway needs to have blinds installed on the front of the house. We would definitely stay there again because the location in convenient and quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were absolutely delighted by this rental. It had everything we needed and everything was so sensibly located. I was impressed by the attention to detail, just little things like having laundry baskets in every room. Our favorite part of the house was the lighting. All the indoor and outdoor light switches and options were so fun and convenient. Only suggestions are to add a couple useful items like a screwdriver and tape, and more warning about the breezeway door lock (it seems unlocked from the inside but it may be locked from the outside when it closes).

Immaculate and beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd or 4th time renting this property It is always immaculate and several upgrades were made such as a new shower head and kitchenware and bathroom floor mats, lighting and light fixtures, and a new mattress (I think). All appreciated. The only suggestions I have is that the main couch on the breezeway facing the tv is very uncomfortable to sit on and probably needs to be replaced. And the fact that I was going to be late to pick up the keys, so I called MMVR to let them know I was going to be late to pick up the keys. I was told they would be in a drop box on the side of MMVR. I showed up 10 minutes after 5 pm and no one was there. No keys had been left in the drop box despite my phone call. Long story short? These things happen but by the time someone got called at home to get me the key - it tacked an extra hour on to what had already been a multiple hours long drive in torrential downpours. Usually MMVR is with it, so I was pretty surprised they dropped the ball on this. But the property itself is immaculate and well cared for. A better breezeway couch is the only item to improve.
