We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks. It was also decorated for the holidays, which made it feel extra welcoming. Loved Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! We appreciated the Christmas decorations especially since we were away from home for the holiday. The house was very clean and cozy, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. And the hosts were very responsive to requests and very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Second stay as great as the first!

This was our second stay and once again it was a great experience! Everything is so clean (it smells so good when you first walk in!), quiet, and convenient for us when we visit our son. The beds are comfortable as well and so many things are provided like shampoo/ conditioner/ hair dryer, because I forgot all three. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with the family!

We came in town with our two daughters and our dog to visit with family. The house was perfect, very clean and extremely comfortable beds. We were even left coffee and little cereals for the girls which was an amazing treat because we made it in too late to stop by the store first. This was a great location for us, I’d recommend it to anyone needing a rental in the area.

We had hoped to find a pet-welcoming home for an unexpected, spur-of-the-moment 1-day/night trip we needed to make to Murfreesboro. We were so very grateful that Dana and Johnathan's sweet Summit Haven Retreat was available, and that they were more than happy to have us stay on such short notice, and for only a very short stay.Their home was in a lovely park-like neighborhood on a small cul-de-sac and was perfectly located for our needs, near MTSU.Dana and Johnathan were in touch with us promptly and with helpful information before and throughout our stay. We were not aware that the rental was in a duplex building, but it was nevertheless, comfortable and roomy, and we never saw or heard the people who were on the other side of the "wall". We had everything we needed and approciated the thoughtful "treats" we found in the spacious kitchen! Our dog also enjoyed roaming on the open property behind and next to the home, and we spent time being lazy on the cozy back patio.Should we need to return to the Murfreesboro area, we would consider staying at the Summit Haven Retreat again.
