A cute and cozy apartment set in a lovely walkable neighborhood with numerous eateries. Communication with hosts Alex and Sean was prompt and seamless. (And the Halloween yard decorations were A).

The apartment is so comfortable and peaceful. The surrounding neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. Very walkable to the train. Alex and Sean were great to communicate with and our trip went very smoothly. We had a lovely stay!

Nice, clean place to stay! Felt very private and safe. The location was great. We were able to walk to Andersonville, and take the 50 bus down Damen all the way to Wicker Park and enjoy the day there.

Great location and beautiful property. We were lucky to have booked while the tulips were in full bloom - they were stunning! Check-in process was simple and property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

Other than the ceilings being low in some places (I'm average height... a tall person might have problems) and the musty odor common in basements, the place was clean and modern. The bed was extremely firm and the shower was good. The kitchen had everything needed although I had no meals there. My actual time there was spent sleeping and showering. Overall, the place was nice and convenient for me.

Great English basement in a lovely neighborhood. Sean and Alex are great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and so nice. If our daughter weren’t moving to DC we’d stay there every time!

The property was relatively quiet and peaceful. We walked the neighborhood all the way to Lou’s and back (didn’t want to chance not having a good parking spot). If you rent a car be prepared to search for available parking (we were lucky and had parking in front of the house every day). The bed was decently comfortable and the shower had great hot water. Overall I would recommend and definitely return when in Chicago.
