Would stay again. I grew up next to train tracks so the nearby elevated train didn’t bother me at all.

A vibrant friendly neighborhood of leafy streets, friendly people lots of nice cafes, restaurants and businesses, right by brown line train for easy getting around. Took about 35 minutes to get to downtown. Train noise could be a factor but we got used to it quickly. Downstairs bedroom and bath and game room are garden level and have low ceilings. Had a very comfortable stay. Note you will need to ensure host has parking passes for street parking or you could be subject to. 90 fine if car on street between 8-10 am.

This condo is ideally located in Lincoln Square! We easily visited all our must-sees during our 6-night stay and the host provided daily parking passes, so we didn’t have issues finding street parking in front of the place. It’s worth mentioning that the L-train is nearby and pretty loud, but we were out and about most of the time, and the noise wasn’t constant enough to keep us up at night.Overall, the space was clean and had everything we needed. The host was also extremely responsive to any questions that we had during the week. My only minor concerns were that the outlets on one side of the main floor bedrooms and the fridge water filter/ice machine didn’t seem to work.If it were possible, I’d rate 4.5/5 stars and would absolutely stay here again.

Yes - kitchen was well stocked. We did run out of paper towels. Suggestion - small dresser in bedroom and more hangers.Train was noisy but very convenient to get around. You do get used to the noise.

Perfect stay!

Our family (two kids 6, 10) stayed at Cozy nest this summer and it was a perfect trip. It’s literally half a block from great restaurants, shopping, the brown line, parks, etc. we decided to drive and had no issues parking week day or week end. The house was laid out well and clean. If you are looking for a stay in a classic Chicago neighborhood, this is a perfect spot to stay!

Great location. We (family of 5 adults) stayed here during the winter. House is comfortable and very clean. It has pretty much all you need to make a good stay. We cooked most days as it included all we needed. One of the bedrooms is in the lower level and it gets very cold. For longer stays, it could benefit from having some drawers with a flat surface in the bedrooms, as well as seating area in the playroom. Otherwise it is really nice.
