Step out onto your private parade balcony with comfortable lounge seating and take in the sights and sounds of charming Main Street. Whether you're people-watching or sipping your morning coffee, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

3 full bathrooms—plenty of space and privacy for everyone

An additional pull-out couch upstairs for extra sleeping space

Fully furnished living and dining areas

Located in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood filled with coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment

Nearly everything you need is just minutes away, including major highways for easy access to the greater St. Louis area.

Please note: Due to the lively location, there may be noise from nearby businesses or street activity.

House Rules & Additional Fees:

Dog-Friendly Only: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be manually added to your reservation after booking. Unauthorized pets or bringing animals other than dogs will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking indoors will incur a $250 fine.

Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee, plus the cost of shipping.

Extended Stays: For stays longer than 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after reservation confirmation.

Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.

This property has a nice renovation while keeping a lot of its original character. Very clean and comfortable beds as well. The location couldn’t be better! We really enjoyed our stay.

This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again.

Great location. Reasonable rate. Perfect for our four person group. We loved the whole area. The balcony was perfect for checking out the whole scene although I do have to say the steps in and out of the balcony can be a little tricky if you're not careful. Overall a highly recommendable stay.

Old St. Chuck as I like to call it, is awesome. I worked on Old Main for 9 years. Business is now gone, but the charm of Old Main street remains. It has plenty of places to eat and drink, shop or just stroll around and enjoy the sights. The Apt. Was wonderful. Lots of steps, but not a problem. Balcony was awesome

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable, too! The balcony was a fun place to hang out. Great restaurants & shops are in walking distance which we really enjoyed. My family would definitely return to this VRBO the next time we visit St.Louis!

We had an excellent stay! Location was excellent. It also worked out so perfectly that our kids each had their own bed and bathrooms! We he only thing was noise from the gym below. They are open 24 hours so this does mean music was going all night long. We just turned on fans and it was fine! Everything was clean!

This property is exactly as represented in the photos. It’s beautifully redone with three full baths and a great kitchen. The parade balcony would be a spectacular place to sit if the weather was a little warmer than when we were there.

Amazing location.

This is a perfect upstairs/downtown location for enjoying historic St. Charles. The top level bedroom space did have a broken ac unit when we arrived but the owner sent a crew out the next morning and they pit in a brand new unit so that problem should be taken care of. Beds are amazingly comfy on both levels.
