New construction 5 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath cabin centrally located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Easy access to Michelson Trail, motorized trails, & about 10 minutes to Terry Peak Ski Lodge. Cabin is close to Deadwood and within about an hour & a half to most popular tourist attractions. Home is designed to sleep 12-14 guests comfortably. One of guests’ favorites is the Game Room with Buck Hunter, pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, Pac-Man & multiple table top video games & more. Favorite features include TV’s in each bedroom, large TV’s in living room and family room, inside fireplace, outside hot tub and fire pit. This home is in the Powderhouse Pass development and features a community clubhouse with pool table and shuffle board as well as a community swimming pool. Plenty of room for parking trailers for snowmobiles and ATV's. Short walk to the community building and clubhouse with outdoor heated pools (one open year round), splash pad, and fire pits.

Our family always has an amazing experience at the kickback shack black hills! The house is beautiful. And we adore the owners. Kids love playing in the game room and we always enjoy the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and very organized to make it easy to prep meals. All the bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. We also love the amenities from the club house. Our kids had a great time swimming in the two pools all week. The house has a great location. Close to hiking trials, and ATV rentals and so much more. We can’t wait to go back!!

We came up for Sturgis and our group loved this place!! The driveway and location are amazing. The kitchen had everything and more that you would need to feed a group of 14. There was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day on the bikes. The community centers pool was great to cool down on those really hot days. The garage had ample space for all the bikes. Which was awesome, since you never know what the weather might do. We will for sure be staying at this place the next time we are up!!!!

Kickback Shack is The Perfect Place to Rent

The Kickback Shack was all we needed and more. This property was super nice. Plenty of rooms with very comfortable beds. The house had all the things we needed as far as a grill, kitchen utensils, laundry supplies, etc. Game room and hot tub were also very nice. We brought side by sides out on our trip, and this property had extra room out front of the garage to park everything. We had three trucks with trailers and still had enough room to park the side by sides in the garage at night. The house was really clean. Definitely staying here for our next trip out to deadwood!

Great house for extended family

We were glad to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus great common areas to spend time together. The game room was a lot of fun. Missed the hot tub but enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well stocked.

Family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the Kickback Shack. Everything was clean and organized for our stay -- the house is spacious with an open layout. Everything we needed was there. Kickback Shack is a newly constructed home with most amenities that vacationers are looking for. There are plenty of private spaces as well as several areas for groups to visit and relax. There are 5 bedrooms with Smart TVs and king beds. One includes a bunk bed, also. A Loft with desk and pull out couch & futon provides space for work and for extra sleeping needs. There is a Living Room area with a fireplace; both Living and Family rooms have a large screen Smart TV; a Family room with wet bar, extra refrigerator, and ice maker; and a Game Room that includes a pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball, shuffle board, air hockey and a multi-game table top video game including Pac Man, Dig Dug and many others. There are numerous decks and patios with seating, a hot tub, gas grill, a gas fire pit, and a gas fireplace in the living room. In addition, there are many popular activities close by year round.

This property has parking for cars and trailers as well as some off-site parking available in the Powder House Pass Development. There are paved roads and fire hydrants close and throughout the development. The Community Building which is a short walk, is well kept and will accommodate large groups. This community space also includes a table for games, a pool table and shuffleboard. There are two outdoor heated pools with the smaller one available year round. A splash pad for children and a couple fire pits with seating are available for your enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

Kickback Shack is close to numerous historical and entertaining sites. It is also close to trails for biking, snowmobiling, and ATV riding. There are creeks and lakes nearby for fishing and water sports. Deadwood is about 7 miles away and offers a variety of entertainment as well as numerous opportunities for those who like to gamble.
