Step outside and experience your private paradise with a Saltwater Swimming Pool and Hottub. Comfortable and modern, this home is ready for you and your family or friends! Spend the day at the beach, relaxing, sightseeing, or shopping and golfing-then come back to an evening in your private pool and hottub (hottub water replaced between every stay). Get a peaceful night’s sleep with 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Beds available in the 4 bedrooms. Upstairs suite offers the opportunity for us to add a queen airbed for your kids! Just let us know, we are happy to accommodate your group! In the morning, enjoy your choice of coffee from the dedicated coffee bar or relax with a good book on the screen porch overlooking the pool. Our Paradise is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to many attractions

Rebecca and Mike have lived in Wilmington for over 20 years. We love the beach, boating and hosting guests in this beautiful home with a very comfortable 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The in ground, saltwater swimming pool is perfect to spend all day in or jump in after playing at the beach. In the spring, fall and winter the hot tub and gas firepit is relaxation at its finest.
A friendly warning though, once you visit Wilmington and it’s wonderful beaches you will want to come back again and again!

Why they chose this property
This home is in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with large lots. It is easy to find and super close to everything! With the spacious house (2000 sq ft) and back yard, there is plenty of room to be together, while maintaining some privacy. It is a short 15 min drive to Carolina Beach and a 20 min drive to Wrightsville Beach. If you like to wander around a riverfront with amazing shops, river walk, and eateries, you won’t want to miss Downtown Wilmington. And of course, a quick search on your phone will guide you to some amazing places to eat!
