This location was the Best ! Shops, restaurants, live music , bars and bike rental was just outside your door. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again .

Great Place!

The property was exactly as described, the pictures were just what we expected. It was very clean, very charming and great response from the host when we had a question about something. Loved the wine fridge!

Booked this last minute during Spring Break! The unit was very clean and spacious. Great location! I would say the only issue was that the unit looked out over the bar/music area and there was significant noise, although it shut down around 10:00 so not really an issue. Music was great! Pool looked nice although we prefer beach. Shuttle was nice!

Great location and charming property.

This condo is convenient to everything. The unit is charming and accommodating. The host is efficient and polite. The condo is as pictured and the decor is a great use of space and pleasant. I would stay again!

The decor was beautiful, and the location was fun/walkable. The host was responsive to a minor concern. There was some sand on the floors upon arrival (which I understand is hard to manage). I would've cleaned up myself if there was a vacuum or broom/dustpan, but I didn't see one. Vent in the bathroom was packed with tons of dust and needed a good cleaning. Just minor cleaning/upkeep needed to be better by management company in my opinion, but overall lovely place and was a great, last minute booking option for us to come down to 30A to look at properties to potentially invest in.

Perfect spot

We loved staying in The Village of South Walton Beach. Close to shops, dining, live music and rental bikes right outside our door. The pools were just steps away with one being heated. The unit was beautifully decorated and we will definitely be back in the future!

Perfect Coastal Getaway

We loved the location! It was within walking distance of lots of dining options and shopping. The only thing missing was a balcony to sip coffee on. But you could hear the music from peddlers pub in the evening… which was lovely. It was decorated so cute and was fully stocked with everything you could need. Owners were very responsive to any and all requests. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this little place. Great location. Love there is a tram to take and pick up for the beach. Room is right in the the heart of the square and there is a speaker right near the window. Bot sure what time it turned off but it was early enough. Was not so loud that you couldn't watch TV. It was not a bother for me but i could see that it may bother some people.

Nice Stay

Place was clean, had a beach chair and some beach toys in the closet for guests. Live music plays right outside until 10:00 pm (but didn’t bother us). Air conditioner worked great. Only thing I noticed was box spring on main bed had a stain and so did the bench. Small crack on floor leading to bathroom but overall good stay and good location. No balcony. Beach access is very small but we knew that b/c we have stayed in same area before. Murphy bed on the wall is comfortable. We would stay here again.
