Located on the 17th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, this open floor plan 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is beautifully situated across the street from the pool and a short distance from fantastic fishing holes. 

This home is the ideal place to relax with friends and family.  It features a large deck with an oversized gas grill and the well stocked kitchen will satisfy the needs of a gourmet cook. Use of our pool included with your reservation.

 NEW solid surface flooring throughout the living area

Direct T.V. Satellite Service.  Flat screen T.V. in the Living room, master bedroom and front bedroom
Fantastic view to the 17th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf resort from the wonderful deck.

Golf ball protection assures you of a safe and peaceful time on the deck.
Patio furniture includes a lovely table with seating for 6 people, with cushions for each chair and two lounges
