My wife and I spent two nights at the cozy one bedroom cottage located about half a mile drive to downtown Davidson in Oct’23. Easy access, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, nicely decorated, good comfortable queen size bed, and a cozy sized bathroom. Good communications with the host.

The house is a cute corner lot in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Main Street in Davidson. The house was super clean, well stocked and the bed was comfy. Communication with the realtor was easy and accurate. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Easy access and great location— 5 minutes from family and downtown. Bed and furniture very comfortable, hardwood floors and tile beautiful and tastefully decorated. All kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and ice maker, laundry on-site. Nice yard and easy access for loading and unloading suitcases and supplies. Best booking we’ve made…clean and accommodating…
The interior was very bright and cheery and extra clean. It had everything we needed plus more (wonderful coffee and tea assortment, hair dryer in the bathroom, etc.) Lorilee was very responsive and helpful. Great location in quiet neighborhood. We walked to Main St. and Davidson campus in under 7 minutes. There were a few hills, but nothing too strenuous for this 60-year-old couple

The communication tool on the website didn't work and an email wasn't provided so I could tell the proprietors how great everything was. Otherwise just great.
We stayed for two nights. The cottage was very cute, super clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to Davidson took about two minutes! We would highly recommend this rental.
The property was immaculate. The apartment-sized washer and dryer worked well. It was easy to reach the owner and use the keypad. My only complaint is the internet. It would be up for five minutes, then go down. Stop even trying to sign on. The street sign was not visible due to overgrowth of trees. It's an older neighborhood but very close to downtown amenities and restaurants.
This house was very clean, inside and out. Small touches were welcoming- coffee/tea pods, some small snacks, a couple of water bottles in the fridge. The living space was very comfortable. The bed was quite soft, which one of us liked, but the other was a little sore in the morning. The main streets of Davidson are very close, as is the campus, although we felt we wouldn't want to walk there from this location. The corner lot is pretty and provides a nice feeling of privacy.
This was an awesome little place in a great location. We had everything we needed plus some extra and were able to walk everywhere all weekend. This was cleaner and more convenient that any hotel in the area. Thank you!
Beautifully decorated and appointed house. I really appreciated the live plants and natural light. Super clean and perfectly located for walkability to restaurants, farmers market, parks, etc. We can’t wait to return again soon.
We had a great weekend in Davidson staying at Cozy Cottage. The house had everything we needed and is walking distance to town, shops, restaurants and a great farmers market. We will definitely choose Cozy Cottage for future visits to Davidson.
